Present printed confirmation voucher together with credit card used in this booking and valid identification card of owner upon check-in. In case the card owner is not present, an authorization letter from the card owner and his/her identification card is required.
A security deposit of P1,500.00 (cash or credit card) will be collected upon check-in for incidentals and in case of non-consumption, will be refunded upon check-out. Patio Pacific Resort reserves the right to refuse accommodations or services to unpaid customers. All other incidentals consumed at the resort must be settled on or before check-out.
TRANSFER ARRANGEMENT: (IF AVAILED) Transfer IN starts at 0600H until 1730H while transfer OUT starts at 0430H until 1630H. Pick up in hotel is 5 hours before flight if via Kalibo and 3 hours before flight is via Caticlan. Sit-in-coach transfers. Our Tourist Transport partner (Island Star Express) Representative will be holding a placard with your name and will be waiting for you outside the airport. Transfer service is not applicable for arrival and departures beyond the these hours. Kindly coordinate with hotel for separate arrangement.
Total cost of Airport Transfer request will be charged to your credit card at the time of the booking was made. Hotel Cancellation Policy applies.
CHILD POLICY: Maximum of two (2) children 8 years old and below are free to share bed with their adult companions. Children nine (9) years old and above are considered adult guests. For breakfast, children 0-4 years old are complimentary while children 5-8 years old will be given 50% discount.
CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING POLICY: For no show and cancellation within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, the full amount charged will be forfeited. For cancellation within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, 10% cancellation fee will be charged and the rest will be refunded.
Rebooking is only allowed more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival subject to 10% rebooking fee. Rebooking of land arrangements because of flight cancellations due to force majeure is allowed but new travel date should be within 30 days of the original date of arrival. All rebookings are subject to room availability and room rate difference.
POLICIES ON FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Bringing of food and beverages at the resort is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the resort has the right to charge corkage fee for the drinks and handling fee for food.
LIABILITY OF THE RESORT: Patio Pacific Resort shall not be liable for its failure to carry out any contracted arrangements, if such failure is caused by acts of God, Labor disputes, fortuitous events or causes beyond the Resort’s control.
